Function heads are amazing you can learn a lot from them. Company work culture is excellent. Freedom of implementing your thoughts and strategies is appreciated. Company directors, functions heads are always approachable.

Dislikes

HR team is focused on cost cutting instead of managing productivity. Company is focused on expanding product line instead of improving current product growth.

Worked as a area manager for almost 3 years have learnt a lot from my managers. Executed lot of sales projects which were challenge and always got support from head office to implement strategies.
