They use to make changes every month They don't know about there long term goal The major problem is about top management and this need to be improved giving higher salaries to them but they have lack of knowledge. Majorly Indian companies are use to copy american culture but atleast copy them with good ideas. Nothing good at all just focus on sale not in customer resolution and waste management off growth manages they hired only female candidate for flirt only all the tl and manager of tele sale s like that and give full pressure on male candidate
