Joined WU because of its brand value but the CEOs is not focused on companies development by extending the business, his major focus is cut the benefits of employees, cut the hike percentage and save money as every penny counts for him.

For last 3 years post leadership change, our share value has decreased, growth has happened only to bit extent , good product leaders with vision were taken off, even new ones are removed. The company offers global exposure and great culture. The appraisals are generally decent

THere are periodic rounds of firings due to cost cutting/restructing. So there's always a sense of uncertainity. Also the career growth plan is very obnoxious. There is not clarity around it. Your manager has limited control on your future growth.
