1. Huge communication gap between Employees & HR 2. Maximum work rated to employees personal and official matter is done offline. So, an extra burden is there. 3. HR or management system is not so professional. 4. In Operation, type of job is fixed. So it'll be very boaring after some time. 5. OT allowance is restricted to a certain limit.
