1. Huge communication gap between Employees & HR 2. Maximum work rated to employees personal and official matter is done offline. So, an extra burden is there. 3. HR or management system is not so professional. 4. In Operation, type of job is fixed. So it'll be very boaring after some time. 5. OT allowance is restricted to a certainlimit. For engineers, job location is in remote rural locations. So anyone willing to join should be mentally prepared for that. Again there are only 3 stages of promotion - anyone joining at Assistant Engineer level will upto a maximum of 3 promotions. Also since it is a semi govt. organisation promotion is experience based and not merit based. Very poor training and skill development initiatives taken by the company.
