Being in a PSU is the only thing that I like about this company. And one of the biggest company of west Bengal.

Dislikes

Transfer policy is really a point that needs to be taken care of. Some people enjoy good place of posting and the other struggle at the most difficult places for years.

There is no scope for growth for the employees under C and D group. Awful transfer policy, unlawful behaviour by management, plenty of flaw in company infrastructure etc.
