Company has a good name in market and Work life balance is good. Since company deals with some pioneer organization and it's products are being used in almost all types of industry so if you are a good learner you can learn alot from these customer.

Growth is very slow. If someone joins the company he should forget about any increments and pramotion for minimum three to four years. Managers don't value individual strength and suggestions. They do only those things which suits to their individual growth. There is no culture of appraisal, only favorite gets pramotion.
