1. Yearly Hikes are not at per to hedge the inflation 2. CSR Events are treated as a corporate check box tick and not genuinely invested 3. Promotions are pretty much controlled and not organic in nature 4. Since and post pandemic the organisation has hired rampantly so there’re resources which are not utilised given the scope of b usiness hasn’t expanded much. 5.
