Managers never support any employee, managers keep grudges within them and take revenge, their is no job security any employee would be removed any time though he/she performs well. All its in hand of managers who to work and who is to removed.

It was good working when it comes to work, other benefits such as team outing soft skill are very poor, no traning is provided directly employees are created ID and are asked to work on their joining day,it is all about partiality which works

Everything was perfect, good co-ordination with each others employee as well as management decision.

The respons was too late from the higher department regarding any kind of leaves .

I find that with the right company, it was simple to balance life and work, I enjoy what I do, it doesn't feel like a chore, I take time on the weekends to do things for my self.
