Our lean team structure gave them the perfect stage to shine as a sole contributor, but instead of delivering work, they seemed more interested in delivering drama. Negatives Where do we even begin? The idea of "give-and-take" in a workplace was completely lost on them; they were all about the "take" and none of the "give." Their self-assigned role as the company’s Chief Gossip Officer left no room for collaboration or professionalism. Rather than fostering teamwork, they spread negativity like wildfire, badmouthing colleagues and creating tension within the team. It seems ironic that someone so invested in tearing others down would now complain about a “toxic work culture.” When you’re the source of the problem, everything around you is bound to feel toxic, isn’t it? What’s truly laughable is the attempt to frame their time here as some sort of tragic tale of exploitation. Let’s be honest—what they conveniently left out in their review is their own abysmal lack of accountability, zero work ethic, and a remarkable ability to leave others scrambling to cover for their missed deadlines. While they accuse the company of running in circles, perhaps they should look inward and notice the cycle of chaos they themselves perpetuate.
