I would strongly advise against applying to WeblineIndia due to the negative experience I had during my internship. It seems that the company does not prioritize the well-being and career development of their trainees. Here are some specific issues I encountered: 1. Overhiring interns: WeblineIndia seems to hire a large number of interns without providing sufficient opportunities for growth and development. This resulted in a crowded and competitive environment where it was challenging to stand out and learn effectively. 2. Lack of technology choice: As an intern, I expected to have the opportunity to work with different technologies and gain practical experience in my chosen field. However, WeblineIndia did not offer any choice regarding the technologies we could work with. This limited our learning potential and hindered our ability to explore areas of interest. 3. Unfair termination: One of the most disheartening aspects of my internship was the manner in which the company terminated interns. I personally experienced being fired under false pretenses, as the company provided multiple inconsistent explanations for the termination.
