This company gives you absolute chance to learn everything on your own. Never expect any training from the company side. It simply pushes you to go ahead into the market with so much guts to perform everything on your own. Over the time, this can really help you to build you a strong personality and strong mindset.

Dislikes

As said before, don't expect any proper training and anything from the company. Few things may be different for WFH and WFO people. But as a common point, you cannot see any growth aspects in the company. The founder himself is a devil to pull down the company with impractical goals. Note few points which are very important : 1. Only 30-40 employees are working over there. 2. Almost 50-55% are interns. 3. This company's office is only present in greater Noida, no where else in the country or in the world as they say. 4. No closures from your side = Immediate reduction (revision) of your salary. Think twice before joining. 5. Forget about you variable pay. Just consider your fixed pay and decide. 6. Your return-to-home time from office has no guarantee. 7. Work is never distributed properly, as they don't have proper departments with full time employees. Most of them are interns as said above. 8. Remember, it's an agency, not an MNC. These are few above all to say for now. Lot more to say.
