Both the CEO and top sales executives exhibit highly unprofessional behavior towards employs, invading their privacy and showing no regards for job security. even if you work hard and deliver excellent results, they can terminate your employment without warning. They prioritize individuals from their own Sindhi Community and family members for opportunities and promotions. If you value job security and career growth, this is not the place for you. there's no job security and the environment is so oppressive that they don't even allow employees to talk to colleagues. they monitor conversations through CCTV and if yo interact with others. they will send you message questioning why. The HR department is unresponsive and merely acts as a puppet for the CEO.
