No holiday for Indian festival. No perks and benefits. No coffee. lots of work pressure. Six days working. Work with very tight dead lines other wise risk will be there in terms of job security. Increment "Bhul jao".work after office hours is a perk.

The best part of the job is the motivating co-workers and mentors who support and help me to perform in the best possible manner and keep motivating me to keep aspiring for higher stature tasks.
