Salary No appreciation for your work No resources to work on tickets we need to spend on resources with our money and need to solve ticket even though no recognition and no hike no night shift allowance no travel allowance at joining they said they will provide allowance and hike but it's been more than 1 year nothing received yet as they said and be ready for 3 years service agreement and thanks for the politics in the company they are less than family members in the company Personal recommendation... As a fresher, They said 6 months training and 3 years bond but the worst thing is they taken training period around 11 months and took 3 more months to onboard and 3 years bond. We have selected for this org as .net programmer role and started training well, in between they require CRM technical engineers. They only selected some employees from the .net training who are performing best in that training. We have perform well in training and got selected to project. Finally who performed lesser than us got a better pay because the review taken from .net trainer for CRM team also. And the final thing is termination without notice period, after 6-7 months the project has completed then suddenly they call us and said come to office. Explain and sent a mail on the same day is our last working day, without noticing at least 1 month notice period. Twist: Immediate after 3 months they ask me to rejoin for the same CRM role for their requirement. (No moral values)....Read More

For Freshers it is a good company to learn the technologies with 3.6 years bond. If you are a Telegu person no need to worry about teams calls. Because we talk in Telugu only.

1. Dominating Management. 2. Rules like a school Eg:- Boys & Girls are not sit together in the office premises. And even work purpose also. 3. For Sign In & Sign Out and breaks we should enter the timings in the register at the reception. Even after using fingerprint. 4. This is not a shift based org, you need to work on every shift and every day even you are in leave(at least work for 1-2 hrs.). This is not only a IT company, it is like family.
