I would like to appreciate my former company for giving me the opportunity to work with a reputed client but my friends be very aware of the internal politics which will hinder your work and productivity. The people who are presently project managers are just trying to save their a** putting other executives face the fire. You will have no say when it comes to injustice and the HR is there as a puppet with no authority. So you can see no growth and a declining career....Read More

Lol! So much to say but I would suggest if you don't want to be a part of circus and stay among psychopaths don't join Webspiders. It was a reputed organisation but now just a building with monkeys running it.

You will get calls after your working hours and you can't say a NO

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
