Teammates and was able to learn many things. Flexible working hours.

Work-life balance is not there. Job security is also not there. There is nothing called employee benefits. So called yearly bonus. Once you resign, salary will be on hold. They will release the full and final settlement amount after many months.

Likes

Work was very challenging. Shift timing were flexible to some extend. Location was very good at Salt lake, sector 5. Learnt many new things as work load was high. But I love to work in challenges like this. Want to Join again if got chance.

Management was poor. Bonus/ increment is very low. They should implement some employee benefit programs. Also should treat employee with high value.
