Everything was good the perks and benefits. Colleagues, senior managers. The understanding between manager and employees was good

Dislikes

Layoff. Without prior notice you will get fired. When you wake up and go to office then you saw the mail you have to resign. And they fire experience employee and higher any reputed college students with high packages then regret later. The remaining employee have to work hard to recover losses covered by so called MBW students.

One of the greatest aspects of working in Ergode is the absence of corporate politics. All managers and seniors are incredibly cooperative and helpful, consistently encouraging us to excel in our role
