Great Benefits, Walmart provides a lot of benefits to its employees. Fitness reimbursement, Personal accident cover, life insurance, out-patient care benefit, annual health checkup, programs for mental health, free transport and food, BYOD etc. The work is great and challenging and there is a thriving learning and development community within Walmart which helps in upskilling.

Dislikes

Promotions are very slow, you would have to remind in the same position for 6-7 years sometimes eventhough you have exponentially improved during that time! That's a concern for ambitious people.

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
