Although it varies from team to team, in general there is work life balance, and the work culture is good. The usual standard facilities like food at the office, and cab services are available. The additional benefits like mobile phone reimbursement, fitness reimbursement are okay as well. There is a general sense of belonging to the company due to the satisfactory culture.

Dislikes

Promotions after IN3/4 are usually slow. Compared to other Tier 1 tech companies, the compensation is generally a bit lesser. The primary goal isn't Engineering Excellence but tech is more of a retail-enabler.

Absolutely nothing is likable about the company.

Management is extremely toxic. Extreme politics and favouritism. People who quietly get the job done don't get any recognition. Managers set everything including the way we should behave within team. No scope for growth. The work is absolutely waste of time. Wastage of talent, effort and time. They only do late night calls to show how good they are at hosting US leaders. Nothing else.

Everything is toxic especially management and team culture. Favoritism and politics are incited within the core culture. I recommend people not to join this company now. Mental harassment is a daily thing. Frustrated and exhausted to the core.

Managers are not good, they think like they are the boss of the company.Even Non technical managers leading technical teams , they don't understand the technicalities but questions on team member work because they don't understand anything.
