The company is open to share thought , idea and stratergy for improving in achieving compony goals as well as own profession goals .All the teammates are chearing helpfull and upline managers are also very helpful,coprative and always give better suggestions and guidelines if required . During my traning period of 7 days in mumbaifirst time i got the opportunity to met whole wallace family .I was fresher so all the teammates nd facuilty give a lots of suggestion nd appriciate for my good future .
