Nothing after working for so many years they have given us the separation letter without any proper reason.

There was no working hours. After having Saturday and Sunday off . I had to work on week offs also

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3.
