Its an UNPROFESSIONAL Company. There are no training/learning benefits for freshers. Company traps freshers in the bond of 3 years duration with 5 lakhs amount, but does not provide any growth opportunities. When you wish to switch, the co-founders pressurize you to compensate the whole bond amount. How can they demand money as compensation if they have not provided any training? Management is unresponsive to your concerns and does not do anything to resolve your issues.
