Company is good in all aspects. Job security wise it is very good. One can compare the company that they have not fired any of their employees who were on bench for more than a year during covid time.

I worked as a lead in waferspace semiconductor domain for a month and left due to poor management. They have very few project's and there is no good manager or lead present in domains like verification, RTL & DFT. No proper training or guidance will be given to the new hires. I had a word with few new hires and trained employees, but no one were able to explain the flow or concepts.
