🔸Very few leads, managers and directors have sound knowledge in VLSI/Semicon industry. 🔸 Clients cancelled multiple projects due to lack of skilled candidates. 🔸The positive reviews are posted by management and HRs only. 🔸No job security 🔸No training or guidance given before sending to client, I had seen many 1-3 year experienced people been send to client without even training them. 🔸ACL is not officially considering both staffs as ACL, a discrimination is there between regular ACL and Waferspace employees....Read More

I liked the work culture and every one are to good to the company and manager was to supportive

Sometimes management not see the strength of employees and not achive on time only they see for engineers not the support team
