There are a few power pockets. the company rotates around ego of one man at plant. There are no employee engagement activities. In fact when I was there, there used to be outage of milk in the pantry. Admin Doesnot refill milk in coffee machine after 6:00 p.m. there is no fridge to store your fruits or curd. The company does not even spend on providing fresh tea it is powder based ( the brand too is some chalu type). It is a school not an office. typical small org culture. Everybody just wasting time. HR head is very cunning and doesn't care of employees. All HR employees are just considering themselves as owners. They impose 2 year bond for slavery and hold the salary when you resign. Please take the salary and leave immediately. No work to most of the employees. They hire employees on high post but do not assign people below then for work. Everything is experimenting here.No future plan for employees growth. Still struggling with forming of policies and implementation, No job security either you are accept the outlook regardless or you are a no body. Employees do not matter, water filter is connected to the recycled water connect from the waste water line.
