This is the best place to work. I work at Tumb Location which is near Vapi. Though a little remote place but HR has thought through out. Transportation facility, Canteen Facility, in case of emergency we have company vehicle, guest room facility, dalary is always credited on or before time. Even during COVID-19 pandemic we received full salary. HR is very supportive always provide solution on time. I would recommend to all my friends for it....Read More

Generally Speaking, My work is slightly challenging as I have to look after entire plant's HR operations. Recruitment, Legal Compliances, grievance management, promotions, transfers, employee motivational program, rewards & recognitions etc are key JR.

Not good working culture No one cares about employees and No work life balance No JD, functional SOP. Slavery bond, hire and fire policy and many more. Think twice before joining You won't get salary and relieving letter when you resign lead to future carrier obstacles. 0 star for work culture

Everybody just wasting time. HR head is very cunning and doesn't care of employees. All HR employees are just considering themselves as owners. They impose 2 year bond for slavery and hold the salary when you resign. Please take the salary and leave immediately. No work to most of the employees. They hire employees on high post but do not assign people below then for work. Everything is experimenting here.No future plan for employees growth. Avoid signing any bond with them as they will hold your salary....Read More

There are Many, A small one is. There is a bond for slavery in the company. Every new employees needs to fill the bond of on job training with half of the CTC against breaking the bond.
