Project were fine but the requirement is high which cannot be achieved in time.

Work culture is useless, promotion and appraisals are given only to those who work till midnight. No job security. Not a good company for freshers, waste of time and no salary with a bond period of 2+ years. Think twice before anyone joins this company specially freshers.

What I like about the authority and flexibility for doing any experiment and innovation in the field. Also, I like the support from the team and the management to grow my skills.

Dislikes

There must be dislike in the organization for those who are not ready to accept the challenges in their domain but I am sure about my strength and the positivity that makes me more strong to work on any new challenges. As an expert says hard work always pays off so I am always ready for that.
