I really can't think of something good about them.

All the good reviews are FAKE!! They promote cheap gifts for their employees to leave reviews. Management is horrible. Culture is garbage. If you are not Indian, the chances are you don't get treated fairly and you will never get an executive level position. You may be a recruiter or a salesperson with a dead-end job. Their CEO skips your direct manager and schedule a monthly meeting with each team to tell them how lazy they are and how they could've done better every time. They make you sign a no compete, then they start pushing the fear to make you work so hard you don't get terminated. With a no-compete, it's harder for you to find a job, which makes you feel trapped. And finally, when I left, they denied paying my commissions or fulfill their promises. The only bad apple of the company is some people who don't know how work ethics or culture of corporate works! Other than that the company is lovely, the management is good, work is to notch.

I only like the tools they provide for recruitment. Most of the companies does not provide almost most of the tools to support their recruitment vertical.

Dislikes

They don’t provide good salary, they always negotiate to work on less salary from your current CTC. HR management or persons are poor in providing any information and if you leave the company they will not provide relieving letter and other documents on time. As per their company norms, from the date you resign you have to complete 15 days notice (it is good) but after completing your notice you have to wait for next 60 days to get your relieving or other documents.
