Increment in salary is very less for work you put There is no work life balance They say its for learning but its always but in the end its a business mindset for the company Too much toxicity to work If you give your entire day to the company then you are appreciated else they don’t treat you well

One role, multiple role responsibilities and no promotion/not considered for increment for the same. 4. There’s no work life balance. Asks to work 24*7 5. Usually it is work from office for rest of the employees, but for favourites it is work from home.
