First they hire saying WFH and then ask to come to office or get fired Small maintenance projects from upwork Hire and people without any work and then fire them. Risky job

Not good, most of the managers are from non technical background and they don’t understand the time required to accomplish the work.

It is trust and relationship we started to build with them. They added additional seniority on the team. If i work with a partner, i need to be able to rely on them. in terms of issues, we had clear communication and knew what to do.
