First they hire saying WFH and then ask to come to office or get fired Small maintenance projects from upwork Hire and people without any work and then fire them. Risky job

It is trust and relationship we started to build with them. They added additional seniority on the team. If i work with a partner, i need to be able to rely on them. in terms of issues, we had clear communication and knew what to do.
