For fresher it's a good company to learn new technology and get experienced by own hard work from different different sites... And also get confidence for future job.

Dislikes

Nothing to appreciate. They gave fake promises... But nothing worked as per they said. Salary, appraisal, duties and responsibilities. Nothing was followed legally. Complete cheating management. They have fired a lots of good employees already. Literally harassment on employees, no respect, no values. No work time... also ask employee to work on Sunday. A irresponsible leadership. Also they have hold my salary for 2 months and literally I have to leave the company because of this reason and still not given after resignation. Lots of politics played by senior......Read More

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do?
