People here are good and friendly, office politics is minimal, management is approachable at all levels

Compensation and benefits are very low comparing industry standards, management puts pressure in every 2-3 months related to work, rigid work schedules, no flexibility, inter-departmental communication is not smooth.

They have uneducated people sitting as VP's in some locations and knows only to pull down the other guys by talking nonsense and irrevelant things. They do not know how to behave with ladies and talks ill about them at their back. They hold back the F&F after their staff resigns and do not pay it. They bribe to get orders from their customers.

There is flexibility in duty hours

Proper training is not given, knowledge is half incomplete, work has to be done on many segments from the side of the company, but no training of any kind is given, there is a lot of traveling, expansion is not given completely.
