The leads are very supportive and there when you need their help. The company is very encouraging to learn new technologies as they renovate their with new software. You are constantly recognized and rewarded for your efforts. The workplace has a positive energy and atmosphere that encourages you to succeed in your career.

Likes

Working with Frontline was surely a splendid experience. The environment at FIT is too flexible and collaborative. Employee satisfaction is the core factor at FIT which makes it one of the best working platforms. I was a part of FIT for around 6 years and this span has undoubtedly helped me hone my skills.

Dislikes

My journey at FIT was satisfactory good and I didn't experience anything in particular to be mentioned as a disadvantage.

Progessive work culture is one of the best assets of FIT. It is the best platform to work as it sheds light on the caliber and skill set of the employees which eventually makes it the best place to work. Reliable management system and cordial work culture adds to the goodness of the work culture at FIT.

Dislikes

I have been working since 2 years. During this time span I haven't experienced anything in particular which has disturbed me. I just feel the flexible time off policy should be little more manageable at FIT.

Diverse platform to work I have been working at FIT since 2 years. FIT is platter which does have variety of flavors and tastes which eventually makes it distinguished and engrossing. Work life at FIT is never monotonous as the employees get to work on several different genres of projects.

Dislikes

Work life at FIT is pretty reliable and I haven't experienced anything disturbing so far.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Inclusive culture - the company does its best to keep up evolving with cutting edge technologies. Frontline really prioritize keeping us happy so we can do best both in our work and personal life. Expected to work smart and they care about us a lot. They have opted for a very good insurance policy and which helps a lot in Dubai.
