I had worked as Asst. Manager - Projects at Cochin branch, Kerala. As a Tata subsidery company, Voltas Limited is a very good company to work and learn the in depth knowledge of the subject and project, and can develop our skills too. Job security is also good. Very good supporting higher officials. Always encourage us and will leeds to more productive.

Convertion from third party roles, FTC to direct payroll staff will not do.

Most of the employees are working with Third party contract (eg: Teamlease ,FTC ) more than 10 years. Requested to change the attitude of company policy and provide on roll position for old employees .

Tata voltas is a good company having very good culture , helps in improving urself in technical as well as managerial profile. Career growth is average.

Dislikes

Work life balance is terrible in kerala due to an emotionally unstable boss, i think it is excellent in other states. We cannot degrade any company because of very few culprits like this, everywhere for destroying the companies name like this threats will be there. Overall ok, i will give 6 marks out of 10 , if you plan to work in kerala.
