Roles and responsibilities:
Design and implement long-term Leadership Development Programs (LDPs) aligned with the organization's vision, business strategy, succession planning, Performance Management System (PMS), and talent strategy, including coordination with leaders across hierarchies and collaboration with external consultants.
Oversee the execution of Assessment and Development Centers to identify leadership potential and areas for development and administer and interpret psychometric testing tools to provide insights for personalized development plans.
Manage and promote Voltas Virtual Campus, which includes the Learning Experience Platform (LXP), mobile learning platforms, self-paced virtual programs, e-learning systems, and blended learning solutions.
Lead the integration and adoption of webinars, virtual programs, and other digital learning tools to enhance the organization's L&D landscape.
Develop and implement methods to measure the effectiveness of leadership development programs at four or five levels (e.g., Kirkpatrick Model), ensuring continuous improvement and alignment with business objectives.
Analyse feedback and performance data to identify trends and opportunities for enhancement.
Collaborate with senior leaders to identify leadership needs and design initiatives that drive business outcomes.
Engage with HRBPs and participants to provide support, guidance, and ensure alignment with career progression goals.
Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in leadership development and innovate by customizing learning experiences to meet the unique needs of employees across various levels.
