Role & responsibilities
Execution Phase
RFQs/RFIs to be sent to relevant suppliers & collect techno-commercial offers.
Validate the offers technically with the concern department & commercially as per SOP.
Negotiation with suppliers inline with the agreed sourcing strategies
Ensure responsiveness to business needs by adhereing to the agreed SLAs/ turnaround time for order conversion.
Support close out all of PJS / P.O.s / Contracts and retain records / archives for future reference
Provide procurement inputs for change order cost estimation to project management
Support cost reduction and strategic sourcing programs
Coordinate with the project/branch procurement teams. Build, maintain & manage supplier relationship & keep up good communications. Prepare reports and updates as and when required.
PREFERRABLE CATAGORY TO HANDLE - All types of :
Mandatory -1.AHUs 2. TFA ,3. HRW, 4. Cooling Tower , 5. FCU
Additional - 6. Sheets , Ducting, 7.Fabricated Items ,8.Supports,Anchor Fastners & Hardwares etc. 9. Filters 10. Air & Dirt Seperators, .
Proposal Phase
Support the proposal team for procurement cost estimation and lead time related information
Identify need for rate contracts and capacity bookings.
Liaise with category experts to identify procurement risks and develop risk mitigation strategies.
Monitor Market trend regular basis.
Strategic Phase
Identify opportunities for Strategic Sourcing for assigned categories/items.
Proactively contribute to the team.
Actively committed to teams development.
Adherence to all IMS/SHE/TBEM Standards, Procedures, Guidelines and SOPs
