Role & responsibilities :
- Posting Employee reimbursement entries in SAP System
- Posting Vendor Payments entries PO Basis and Non-PO Basis.
- Payment Entries Posting in SAP.
- Processing vouchers of all reimbursement (e.g.Travel, Food, Mobile, Local Conveyance etc.)
- Posting off-roll salary employee in SAP.
- Responsible for TAT report for Outstanding Vendor payments & Employee reimbursement.
- Preparation of TAT reports on monthly basis for review.
- Payment process through SAP - RTGS/NEFT.
