Purchase Executive

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Purchase of Spares, consumables, equipment etc: Issue of enquires, getting quotations, making CS, forwarding to user, interacting with suppliers and commercial clarification initiative action for negotiation, making purchase proposal releasing order after approval, ensuring mile stone payments, and follow up with vendors for timely delivery.
• Plan and implement sourcing and purchasing strategies, as advised by seniors.
• Work with suppliers, manufacturers and internal departments, to ensure proper communication. Maintain a database of approved suppliers.
• Search and source potential suppliers.
• Monitor material stock reports, escalate action on stock related queries and follow up with related departments
• Emailing any data reports, PO, inferior quality reports and correspondence with internal and external company sources.
• Maintain Purchase costing records as per direction by AGM/GM Purchase & assist in negotiation
• J y other reports etc. Which may be required for smooth working of Raw material purchase department & other Purchase sections.
