I regret to say that my experience at VWITS has been disheartening. The work culture is toxic, with employees more focused on their personal agendas than on support each other. Collaboration is virtually nonexistent, and the lack of teamwork hampers productivity. Moreover the management seems indifferent in addressing these issues.Instead of fostering a positive work environment, they exacerbate the problem with their own lack of support and guidance. 1.No reward and recognition with respective of work done. 2.One will find that increment given to them is same as compared ideal sitting peers. 3.There is no recognition of quality of work done or initiative taken by person. 4.People join the company thinking it is Volkswage's company they will get lot of exposure and task that will help in their career advancement But they find that they have stuck in wrong place with negative growth. 5.Lots of micro mangment is there. 6.Not a good company for freshers to start. They would pull you down. 2.Unskilled managers, don't know what to guide and , and push every blame on you. 3.You raise issues with the managers they would extend your probation period and then throw you out of the organization . 4.You wont be able to grow in this organization as your work would be hijacked by managers and some manager favorite people. 5.The job description wont mention the work that you would be doing in the organization. 6.Few manager favorite people of managers would intimidate you and if you report to HR ,there would be no resolution. 7.Since this is a start up all the managers ,HR and other committees in the organization are one team and employees are another team. Not a product-based company. Everything is slow and most processes are manual. Quality Resources are not hired, they are busy increasing just the head count. The international travel team is a big mess. Management is laid which has disadvantage of they are not aware of your work at all.
