This is a llp which is started by ex ey employees. There is nothing to be mentionable about this llp. A one man organization which pretends like top consultancy organizations. Initially it seems very good where you can see your financial and overall growth but this is just a delusional picture which come down when you spend one month. Organization has very autocratic approach towards its employees, worst part salary is not processed in time some its the third week when you get your salary.there is no hr just to create a false picture they maintain a separate mail id but it is taken care by same person. Reimbursement take 6 months to process.Behaviour is totally unprofessional. In 2016 there were 17 people in the organization but now only 6 left. There is no career growth for finance people only xbrl filing is done they claim that they have audit and other finance related works but they are totally false....Read More

Work Details

Unnecessary stress is given by the mangement like why air condition is on 16 degrees. It is totally disgrace to speak this kind of situation here but it is necessary for the person reading this review .
