I have worked here for two years. I left my job for below reason. I will not recommend to do job in VI untill you have no option for any other job. You will be forced to sim sale. If customer nis comming for sim replacement they give them postpaid number. If you need leave then you will be asked to do 4-5 sale. Then you will be ableto take leave. Its a very good company to work at. The variable plan is a bonus and makes you feel the salary justified. A bit slow in reaching up high in the company, but that's okay as its possible with smart work + hard work which is going to take you places.
