I feel as a part of SAP ERP team member, Viyellatex has a lot of opportunities for doing research and learning things.

Viyellatex has always very low carrier growth opportunity and job satisfaction. This is why switching rate is always very high in Viyellatex.

It's a good place for fresh learner but not good for long term career for skilled. Employee value and HR practice is very poor here. The overall culture of Viyellatex is positive for it's employee as well for the employer in long run.
