I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?

The Vivekananda convent school started their classes online , they provided the detail guidance of the online classes for their faculties and students also at free of cost .They also makes sure the students would attend the classes with discipline.proper guidance also given by the institution.

I love to teach students and Vivekananda convent school gave me that opportunity but due to some financial issues I want to change my job.

It was a great experience I have learnt a lot , developed my soft skills and also learned different problems solving methods in a child.
