Since the company is growing there are a lot of standard process and procedures they are trying to figure out. Also there are sharp deadlines for releases. Hence late night working extended weekend working become part of your work life which will affect your personal life. For those who wouldn't mind the pressure and working hours this is a great place to work.

Worst company in every aspect. No empathy for anyone. Really cheap managment. Micro management at its peak, toxicest management. The only thing HR department is good at is applying leaves even for the days you work .No employee benefit.
