This is the worst company I ever worked for. No growth in career and in terms of salary as well. Base on ambition box research vistra pay scale is 42% less than market standards. My Manager never used to do one on one with the employee, he even used to rate employee level rating by himself. Employee should Mark the 2 or 3 rating ashe says. Otherwise he will never approves the self assessment. Then he used to reduce further more rating in manager level rating. All manager are from old school and above 60 years. No space for process improvements and automation. There is no space of recognition for your hardwork....Read More
