I think that Vistony, being a new company in India in a constantly growing sector, offers me a very good oportunity for professional development. It is a company with operations in different countries worldwide and has plans to expand throughout India. The work environment is very good and I am treated with respect. I feel that the company cares about me.

Dislikes

The distances from where i live to the factory are long. Also, as it is a new company, more intensive work is required to make the brand known in the market. Even so, it has been very well received by customers.

Nothing good in company to like. They hired people and later they found the position is not required. The say employee good bye without giving any opportunity to hear. Management and Country Manager is confused about the company vision , mission, purpose. They are the main culprits.

Totally bad company to work. Nothing more to say.

Totally without vision company who didn't know about Indian market and company culture. . So called MNC but it's just like tea shop, no policies, no fullfill legal requirement, no certification of product, no quality system, advised all don't join even don't do any business relationship with them

Dislikes

Totally unprofessional and worst relation with vender, employees, no vision, only stuck with internal peru management dispute of family, micromanagement, no serious about legal norms of india
