No work ethics, Top and Mid management is worst, can tell anything to anyone in any place, threaten employee to fire in each meetings, behave like construction supervisor, many good resources left putting resignation in meeting itself. Company is good for learning, if you are fresher then you will get to learn lot of things here, and you will be working on multiple projects at a same time so work load will sometimes be more, talking about salary you will get as per the market standard but internal increment is very less,

Visteon should focus on salary of existing employees rather than giving more package to employees which switch from other companies to visteon.

During COVID this became the worst company , CEO told that there is cost cutting in salary of every employee because of company situation, to protect from layoffs but slowly layoff started during the salary cut !!!
