-Toxic work culture in newly formed Bangalore office. Employees are treated as servants ate managers. Supervisors can shout and scream openly with no respect, no ethics, no dignity - No planning, no processing not open for any improvements -All the promises made during hiring are false. Just to attract pray.Once you join company you are trapped and your career is over. - 10 -15 years experienced people are hired to do unit testing. If you ask they say this all they have. I was even told to erase all my years of experience and start over here and not to expect anything for career growth on face within 2 months.The technology is far away from market standards. -I was told working hour is flexible. But soon realised you go inside with flexibility and never know when you come out. - Job here is surely not for women employees. Managers and HRs directly say you are not fit to work if you cannot stay late night. -No work life balance . I have seen multinational companies in India struggling to cope up with USA,Europe time. But in Visteon Bangalore we struggle to work with Chennai location working hour. Even if you work from 8.00AM to 8.00 PM engineer from chennai who starts working after 6.00PM is treated s god. - Variable pay component is just for show off. they don't even pay 10% of it. - No proper training . You are expected join company with all Visteon process, tools learned and understood. Sometimes you are even expected to remember micro controller manual and you will be tested like you are in a middle school. - In Bangalore location you get only the testing work left by Chennai R & D location. - 3 months full notice period even during probation . So once you get in its a trap for 6 months at least. -No proper company transportation facility, no proper desk space, no laptops only desktops, even for sick leave you need to beg, sick employees are treated as absconded without even trying to know the proper reason....Read More

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues.salary is devend but career growth is high....ther is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign.

No work ethics, Top and Mid management is worst, can tell anything to anyone in any place, threaten employee to fire in each meetings, behave like construction supervisor, many good resources left putting resignation in meeting itself. Company is good for learning, if you are fresher then you will get to learn lot of things here, and you will be working on multiple projects at a same time so work load will sometimes be more, talking about salary you will get as per the market standard but internal increment is very less,

Dislikes

Visteon should focus on salary of existing employees rather than giving more package to employees which switch from other companies to visteon.

Worst organisation !!! The CEO does not care about employees !!! During COVID this became the worst company , CEO told that there is cost cutting in salary of every employee because of company situation, to protect from layoffs but slowly layoff started during the salary cut !!! What an intellegent move by the CEO !!! By cutting this 20% from employees they have saved I suppose millions and the saved the company !!! Worst ideas worst HR policies .
